  9. Trying to breathe. Allergies suck. So do upper respiratory infections. I have both & today was a "code orange" air quality day- meaning high smog & allergens in the air. Glad I don't smoke or all of this would probably end up in my lungs. No thanks.
  10. I'm in my late 40s & I grew up listening & dancing to ABBA. Very exciting news indeed! On another ABBA note-- looking forward to Mama Mia 2!!

  17. I'm with Jillar on this. This is the bottle that holds those feelings. Come here & vent. Put your feelings into words. Come back some days down the road & re-read them. Do not feed the nodules. Do not enable them to grow.
  18. Hi rustycolts! Welcome!! Congratulations on your quit! Harvey & Irma were nightmares. Maria too. (I live in the Southeast). Hurricane season is fast approaching--go ahead and write up a "No-Relapse Plan" & pack it up with your extra batteries & hurricane supplies!! Glad you found your way here. The QSMB forum is no more- a lot of us jumped on the Quit Train & are grateful for the hospitality & support here!

  20. Welcome Boater! You've got a nice quit going! I recommend reading some information found on this site about the smoking addiction, neuro-pathways -- it really helped me understand how & why just one puff of a cigarette can awaken the addiction. Sometime ago I quit for over a year. Had the "oh just one puff with my cocktail won't hurt"...next thing I knew I went back to 1/2-1pack a day!
