I encountered some guys like that over in Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest one time. They would go out on the trails and assume different "animal forms." They were way into chanting and drum circles. And, I'm assuming, drugs...lots and lots of drugs.2 points

I hadn't honestly really thought seriously about quitting until I had been sick for a month with horrible bronchitis, went to the grocery store to do some shopping then was coughing my ass off as I returned to my car in the parking lot but still I immediately lit up a smoke upon reaching my car. I guess that was maybe just my "I get it now moment"? I decided right then to quit the next morning and I did at 8:00 AM Sunday Jan. 29, 2017. By the way, the bronchitis cleared up pretty soon after that, although I think I didn't really notice it because I was pretty out of it with my early quit symptoms.1 point

Well folks, my apology for being a PITA. I guess I could use the excuse that is have been a real butt head since quitting. I have rotten days too but hate admitting it. Kind of like the sour grapes of getting out of a bad relationship. So to those who took offense, I am sorry.1 point

Congratulations Albert on your decision to quit . My dad would always say if you start something Abby .... stick to your guns . He was such a great guy .. he had emphysema and heart disease . A two pack a day smoker . Quit cold turkey . He stuck to his decision Albert. Never looked back . Proud of that guy . Stick to your guns about your decision Albert . You can do this . Will there be some challenges ? Likely but because of those challenges our quits get stronger and our our life gets renewed to that of a non smoker in time Keep moving forward ; don't turn back . One day you will look back and say "wow" look ?how far I've come ! QT is smooth riding and it will take you on an adventure with friends . Welcome aboard .1 point
