January 30Jan 30 OMG! Thanks everyone for the kind comments. I try to give back what I have taken for others that went before me as that helped me imeasurably during my quit. I honestly forgot completely about my 9th anniversary yesterday as I just returned from a trip and was busy catching up with household stuff and not realizing what the date was. My celebration was a nice warm beach away from all the snow & freezing temps at least for a brief period! Edited January 31Jan 31 by Reciprocity
January 31Jan 31 Author Welcome Back @Reciprocity😃 When you forget that its your quitting anniversary, you know you are a true Non smoker! 👍 I think that is the turning point. Even though I know I am a non smoker, I know exactly how long I have been quit, and when my next quitting anniversary is. I hope when I am 9 years or sooner, I won't remember either!! So glad you had a wonderful vacation and that picture is absolutely gorgeous!! The water and palm trees look so amazing!!🌴😁

Being an ex sailor going on a cruise is like a bus driver taking a bus tour. glad you’ve enjoyed yourself and blown all your saving from not smoking

I had thought about it a couple weeks ago and knew it was comming up soon but then completely forgot aboit it. But you're right; the longer we stay quit, the less we think about our old smoking lives so that IS a good thing 😀
