  2. 11 kittens!! You're newest arrivals are so cute!
  3. You're doing so well @Pilgrim to get to almost 3 months and the cravings you are getting can take you off guard especially when you think you're over the worst! I agree with @Cbdave, acknowledge them! They do pass and when./if they come back, keep acknowledging them but you know you're stronger than that, you mustn't give in! I too have had a few cravings or so I think they are cravings but the thought was there which scared me as I feel confident now that I can't ever go back but it still DOES hit you! I'm glad you posted here to let us know, it shows you're not going to give in, it always helps to reach out when this happens! I hope you're feeling a better now!
  4. Have a wonderful time! @Stewbum

  9. Thank you @QuittingGirl and thanks to everyone on this forum for helping me get this far! I feel a lot more confident now that I can make it to the Lido Deck. Of course I won't let my guard down as I know that can easily happen in a moment of madness! It's definitely much easier now and the thought of smoking doesn't fit into my life anymore! I appreciate all the support and having this forum to check in with daily!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
