  2. Congratulations on 2 months! @stzr500 You're so well and not long until you hit the 3 month mark! It sounds very scary what you have been through. I've never vaped but now it's everywhere and especially with young people, it's very sad. I remember when it became popular here, it was considered to be much safer than cigarettes, which we now know is a massive lie! Thank you for sharing your experience as it can help others massively! Keep up the great work!

  10. I agree @GonSo As much as hot sunny days used to (note the USED to lol) be a trigger for me to smoke again, it would be horrible! Agreed, poor dogs!

  21. Well done @tocevoD! You're doing amazing! Your observations are very similar to mine. Seeing people smoke was a trigger for me too, not so much now. You're right there are so many people vaping now! Although I do understand their need to do so (addiction), I now feel sorry for them that they are where we all used to be before we quit, that frame of mind. I watch people I care about smoking with no thought and I hate it. Keep up the amazing work!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
