Welcome back. Best wishes to you on quitting smoking, you can do anything you set your mind too as long as you educate yourself and make a real personal commitment to see it through.

Glad you are back Jen :)  This time, do something different.  I highly recommend starting with the daily pledge!

Good to see you back Jen a0d0423989cfe63dbac86525c36d6b54_zpsff34 you can do this and we are here for support you if you need it a0d0423989cfe63dbac86525c36d6b54_zpsff34

Hi, Jen! I remember you from "the other place". I am absolutely certain that you can quit if you have made up your mind to do so and if you have effective support. I think "all systems are go" this time around, don't you?

In the "SOS" forum there is a thread called "Pre Respond to your own SOS". I STRONGLY suggest that you write a letter to yourself telling yourself what you would want to hear if you start slipping into relapse. Include the 3 main reasons that you decided to quit. Read the whole thread, especially but  not only your post. I think it will help you a lot.

You are a smart, strong woman and you can totally DO this! You only have to want to quit more than you want to smoke, and I think that is true for you. Come on! You go, girl!

See you Monday !

Much,  much easier to Do than to Think about.

Now is a good time also, will save a Sunday of anxiety.

Kinda like sneaking up on it, ya know ?

N O P E.

N O P E

and more N O PE

You will be fine, don't worry.
