Congratulations @Redemption3 for being 3 months smoke free!

Well done Potts and welcome to the 25%ers... that's right, you are now 1/4 of the way through you first year quit. That is the 3 hardest months of being quit behind you. Make sure you do something special to celebrate... take your little princess to the park and run around with her enjoying your smoke free lungs.

Congrats Potts.  Isn't the freedom wonderful.  I know it was such a struggle for you.  We all knew you had it in you.  Keep that quit going!

Congratulations on reaching the 3 month mark Potts! This is something you struggled with for a long time and now you have built a very good base so you can remin quit for good. I'm sure you have ;learned a lot about not only this addiction but about yourself along the way too. All useful knowledge for a healthier future :)

Once a week is excellent....remember when it was 16 times a day?.... I am so happy you popped in to let us know you are still doing so well.

Want to know a secret? I still have 2 nicotine gums in my purse, just in case, haven't needed them but I still need the comfort of knowing they are there, just in case. It's been in there for over a year now.
