  3. I feel like I could kill people most days! You sat with it. Your emotions that is. You made it. I'm glad you didn't delete your post. You are human. You kicked that Nicodemon in the nuts! Sweet dreams. xx

  6. If the last 3 letters are you...how do you get dew on ground lol
  7. Orgasms magically exploding
  8. Laying on my bed with the sun streaming through the window. Relaxing, breathing, enjoying freedom. Journalling. On Quit Train. Reading the latest Hollywood gossip. Did you know JLo and Ben Affleck are reuniting. Happy days! Also doing a pedicure and a manicure. And people still dispute that women can't multitask. Poppycock!
  9. Over here it's illegal to smoke in a car with children under the age of 12. Second hand smoke is a very serious health problem for young developing bodies and lungs. Not only that children of smokers are more likely to become smokers depending on the level of second hand smoke they were exposed to. Some children of smokers see it as something acceptable. Very sad.
  10. I'm so sorry for your and your family's loss. To have lost a brother and then a while later a sister in law must have been so hard
  11. Elephants terrifically spraying
  12. It hits home way more in my opinion if at times you were a chain smoker. To just be a "normal" person is priceless. (and precious) Thank you, awesome post Reci

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
