Phew susanna, Got to say I was worried there....I'm only 4ft 11......would have struggled to carry you..... But I would defo would have had a go and took my turn l.ol Your doing great ....do whatever it takes .....

Boy....did I feel lost..... I felt like someone had stole my dummy,that I had been sucking on for 52 years.... Some days I did just amble about screaming n.o.p.e..... The only time I get agitated now.....is when I think of how long this numpty took to quit.... I'm lovin the new smoke me.......

First thing of a morning,cig and coffee went together before I opened both eyes..... When I quit,I knew I had to change routine..... I open my eyes now to a lovely fresh glass of pure orange juice.....mmmmmm What your feeling is normal jay......

Aww susana, Re-read all the info about this horrible addiction...... Understand why it keeps folks hooked..... You are curing yourself of a poison ,that is killing you slowly...... See smoking for what it really is......it's not a pleasure,it's a curse.... You know you would hate yourself and wish you had kept your great quit.... Go punch a pillow......I mean really punch it....... Hugs

Hi sweetie, I know and understand this is not the same situation,but I want to tell you.... I smoked 52years,have heaps of failed quits behind me.... On this last attemp,folks who knew me where so negative....right another go...see how long this lasts etc.... Well I've done it....I know I won't smoke again...... The self as teem it has given me ...unbelievable.....I proved them all wrong...... Nothing gives me more satisfaction,showing the world....yes I went and did it..... It's such a feel good factor...... Go show em..... Hugs

I totally agree jayIt makes a difference when you have a heap of great folks watching your back.... Plus I know for me....I didn't want to let them down..... I say to anyone.....stick around and the magic will happen.... Keep climbing.....

I spent my entire adult life smoking.... When I quit I was like a toddler learning for the first time...... Everything was new to me with out a cig in hand..... Well done tiff.....you have won a battle....... Hugs

Well done tiff,for coming here and getting it all out..... What your feeling is so normal......when I first quit,I was angry at the world.....my emotions were all over the place.... Did I cry.....you bet I did,and heaps of it...... Some days just screaming all the stuff your hear here...n.o.pe....smoking is not on the table ect....is all I could manage...... But I said to myself no matter what I feeling,no matter how bad I wouldn't smoke...... The folks who had been there before me said it would get easier,I trusted them...... The shouting got less ,the angry days got less.....and one day I reolized I'm lovin this quit,and started to protect it at all costs... Be patient ,your body has to adjust.....it will happen ,now I'm making that promise to you...... Take it nice and steady.....one minute at a time if need be.... We are all here for you.... Hugs
