Hi,just want ed to say....don't know a lot about the other board...but if you look at QT.....most do not relapse.....We have a very good sucess rate here....education is important.....and having a strong support team behind you makes all the difference too.... This is just me.....I wouldn't go back hrt ,once I had rid my body of nicortine..... But as I have always said......all roads lead to Rome......whatever works for you..... My best xx
