  16. · What could possibly make me miss key moments in my kid’s lives so I could duck outside for 10 minutes? · What could possibly make me decline an entertaining evening (movie, sporting event, concert, etc.) because it required me to be somewhere for 2-3 hours? · What could possibly make me not care how offensive I smelled to my friends, family, and colleagues? · What could possibly make me lie to those I love? (Closet smoking, false quit claims) · What could possibly make me go back for more, even though it made me feel like $hit? It’s hard to fathom that there was ever an answer to any of these questions. I’m just grateful that I don’t even have to bother trying anymore.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
