  1. Haven't checked in for several months and this post was not something I wanted to see. Wishing you all the best in your treatment and recovery my friend. I work as a PA in a California hospital and I can tell you with extreme conviction that annual low dose CT scans are one of the most important things you can do to detect lung cancer at the earliest stages. That early detection, along with revolutionary advances in targeted treatment, have significantly improved outcomes in recent years. I hope QT members take your journey to heart and sign up for annual LDCT scans if they haven't already done so. I just had my 10th one. Thanks for sharing Reci. Best wishes with your treatment and healing process!
  2. @despair not Keep it up baby, yeah!
  3. The easy things we do without a second thought are quickly forgotten. It's the difficult hurdles and challenges we fight to overcome that bring our lives a sense of purpose and triumph. Keep up the good work @FinalAttempt! The reward is worth the struggle.

  12. I sat on the exam table as my doctor looked through my charts. Finally he looked up and said, “I’m afraid you’re going to have to stop masturbating.” ”Oh no,” I replied. “Does it cause blindness or something?” ”Not at all,” he said. “I just need to finish examining you.”

  15. A woman was home chatting with her girlfriend in the living room when they see her husband walking up the driveway with a bunch of flowers. "Great," the woman says to her friend. "Now I'm going to have to spend the whole weekend with my legs in the air." Her friend replies, "Well why don't you just use a vase?"

  17. The purpose of this post is not to ignite a battle between pro and anti-vaxers. Just letting people in the US know that most insurers in the US will pay for former smokers to get the new COVID vaccine due out this month. Check with your doctor. I have read that both Medicare and Medicaid will cover it in full. Whatever you decide, stay healthy.
