We don't have any more drive-ins...all closed :(
  2. muscle aches are not invariable in people who are trying to quit smoking, but they do occur. Nicotine is a muscle relaxant, and in withdrawal muscles can get tighter, causing pain and sometimes even spasm ("charley-horses"). Hot baths or hot backs, a heating pad all may help. found here

  22. Hi, Sarah! Of course you know enough to keep your quit...you know not to put something in your mouth and set it on fire. You know Not One Puff Ever. You know you are a puff away from a pack a day. My theory is that just like other things in life, some people are planners and feel they need a plan to be successful. I am like that...I like a plan for everything. Other people are more spontaneous, sounds like you are one of those people. Neither way is right or wrong...it is just how we are!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
