Welcome, JoJo...your plan is almost identical to the one I had 13 years ago and I am still and always will be quit. I just want to caution you that nothing has worked for you in the past, as you are still smoking and vaping. I quit using Chantix, so I am not criticizing using it. It is your new determination that will carry you through to success and we are behind you all the way!!

I want to start a bonfire in honor of all of those members we lost that did not survive 40 years of smoking as I did...love to Jillar, Invisible Man, and so many others...please add their names and your unsmoked cigarettes to the bonfire...
