I only get a notification for a new thread, not a new post...so only if someone has posted a new SOS. I do not need notification when someone has responded to one.... -
I get a notification on the board when someone posts in SOS, in addition to the email. If you follow the forum, you can choose to get notifications instantly.

I started the first book and maybe got 1/4 through...not for me...would not even consider the movie. In all fairness, though, I am not much of a movie person.... -

Welcome to the board, Tyme! Congratulations on your decision to quit. I agree with DD and Jackie that it is probably just your body adjusting to the poisons leaving your system. I also agree that it couldn't hurt to be checked by a doctor. Eight days is fantastic...Hell week is over and you never have to go through it, again (as long as you stay smoke-free!)
