It helped me to remember to take breaks, even though they weren't smoke breaks. Just to get up and move around, walk outside and take deep breaths...think about the next treat I would reward myself with... (oh, and I used to bop people with an imaginary tennis racket , steal likes, and stalk Bakon..but we don't need to mention those...)

Jackie, you have to do this...you are tearing yourself apart. Just go back to basics...Not One Puff Ever!! Cry, scream, rant, rave...you know we all love you and are cheering you on or hugging you or bitching at you..whatever you need. Just do not put something in your mouth and set it on fire!
