  1. I'm sorry all you people have lost your original base camp, so to speak but; we here are doing the same thing you people are all doing and therefore - it seems like a no-brainer to me that this should work to the advantage of all of us!

  8. This happened to me last night! I was hungry because I missed breakfast & lunch. About 7:00 PM I really felt like I should be going for a smoke. That's because I used to suppress my appetite by smoking. Was immediately solved when I ate something
  9. Yeah - it's terrible, in my opinion, to leave particularly new quitters in limbo when they are used to having that support as part of their coping mechanism in those early days. I hope more of the newbie from that site find their way either here or somewhere that they can relate to others in the same position.
  10. YES! This is something that the taste of it has improved a lot since quitting. Tastes like coffee instead of stale nicotine
