  12. Congratulations on your seven months of freedom! Please do what is best for yourself but I would recommend staying close for your first year, although the work may not be as intensive you will always have a quit to protect. It has been a pleasure having you here and watching your success.

I'm on my phone right now and can't give you links but browse around the site and learn all you can about nicotine addiction. I am a 40 odd year smoker too and quit 5 years ago, you can too! So glad you found us we will help you on this amazing journey.
