  4. Congrats my number posting friend! Counting backwards is fun, trust me ;) I tried to find a funny video relating to brewing beer, as I know you enjoy that, but I don't think one exists...So, this is all I got....

  6. or very low sulfites - one that is tasty? I've had hives for 2 months, unable to pinpoint from what exactly and I did a little experiment and I think I might have a sulfite allergy :(

  10. Spin class at gym #2, one hour - got there a bit early :) I don't remember having any real running injuries from when I was a kid, but leg is killing me. It's not my knee and not my shin, but somewhere in between. Ice and Motrin. Guess what I won't be doing tomorrow?
  11. I think it will make they way you handle things better, in the long run. It takes time getting use to. We used cigarettes to avoid facing situations, as well as our emotions. Exercise helps to relieve stress, you can always do more ;) What you are feeling is normal, you are doing great!

  18. Okay so really tired, going to sleep well tonight! Was at gym #1 at 5...Did seated pulley rows, chest press, lat pull downs, upright rows and 2 min walk/2 min run intervals 10 times. After dinner, went to TRX, which was very different to say the least. Not exactly easy, but sort of fun. Not an every day thing for me, but a once in a while class for me.
  19. I use to pace, literally I just paced back and forth. Honestly, I just didn't know what to do with myself. Moving around helped a lot, so I started riding my bike. It helped a lot.
