  4. Gym # 1 - Triceps Extensions, chest press, seated pulley row, upright rows, Lat Pull downs. Then I gingerly attempted running again, 10 minutes walking, 15 minutes running. Knee didn't hurt while running, didn't hurt later, but it was sore...if that even makes any sense.

  15. You are evolving into a new, healthier you. A little strange at first, but go with it. Before you know it, you will be feeling the benefits. In the meantime, what rewards for yourself do you have on deck? One day, three days, one week? All of those milestones are coming up soon!

  19. Gym #2 - Spin class 60 minutes (the class is 45 min, but I go a little early), then Abs & Booty class for 45 minutes.
  20. Did I hear on the radio correctly? Is this movie about a tornado of sharks? That is all it's about? Is there a plot?

  22. I think deep down we realized it. I mean why else would you see a couple of parents hiding behind the bushes smoking during a little league game? That's addiction for you. It made me put smoking before everything. I use to roll my eyes and more lol at those that would pitch a fit because they had to walk by me smoking. Now when I have to walk through a cloud of smoke, I cover my nose and mouth. It's like night and day.
