Chrysalis, Glad you are here. At the QT, you will find more than one method of quitting and you will see a whole lot of respect for one another. Allen Carr, E-Cig, Cold Turkey, it really doesn't matter - as long as you don't smoke. Some of us watched from afar your struggles with intimidation elsewhere and wanted to reach out to you, but we knew you'd make your way here eventually all on your own. You made it here, jump on in. There is a lot of joking around at the QT, still keeping the quit and helping each other is the prime focus. Welcome :)
