  17. I was too. At 5'3" I was pushing 220 after quitting. I felt like an elderly woman, aches and pains. Couch potato. Now I barely watch tv. Baby steps Becca. I started riding my bike b/c I couldn't sit still. It had absolutely nothing to do with being fit lol. Somehow, I got hooked. You don't have to go walking if you don't like it. Find something you like. Play basketball or laser tag. Both are fun and get your heart racing.
  18. Amazing contrast! Imagine if we never smoked?
  19. Get your butt back here and start the quit. You were doing so well. You can do it again, for good this time. Come talk to us and let us support you. Please.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
