  6. You are doing really great @Kdad When you get an urge drink a big glass of water and then go for a walk, if you can or get involved with something. You have to remove yourself from the urge and keep your mind busy. The longer you stay quit, the less the urges will become.

  7. Doing good. 20 days smoke free. I stopped using the nicotine free gum. My plan is to have it on hand and if I have a bad crave I will reach for the gum first. We will see. Not one puff ever!
