    Thanks everyone. This last 9 months has been quite a ride!

     

    And for all those people who are interested, my ex got arrested for beating up his new girlfriend, seems she didn't take the nonsense I took.

     

    Anyway he's up in court and I've got to give evidence, which I'm actually looking forward to (although I doubt it will be fun recounting the beatings) as they asked for access to my hospital records etc for evidence against him.

     

    I know I didn't have the strength to have done this before, but it feels like I've been given an opportunity to stand up in front of him and tell him how he hurt me, which I think will be good.
