I'm with ya, Beth.  No smoking for me today as I quit smoking and remain quit due the members of this fine online quit smoking support group which has a quit smoking message board or quit smoking forum.  Just sayin', quit smoking if you haven't.  :)

I'm in too, although September started very tough. But smoking won't help, so NOPE for me.
