It´s so exhausting. Today I was in bed almost all day and slept a lot. A lot hahah.

Thanks for your advice and support Jackie!

haha Bakon, donuts?? Embrace the cliche much :)

Nat, Craves are just thoughts of smoking my lovely. That's ok, we remember we smoked and then we remember we are clever enough to not do that anymore! xx

Donuts!! Chocolate donuts!  :)

Yes, I had built my life around smoking schedules, now I´m feeling confused.

There is no downside to donuts. Gods morning gift

Geeze, surely God's Morning Gift isn't donuts.

Don't get me wrong, donuts are perfectly fine but..."God's Morning GIFT " ???

I am shocked, Bakon.  Shocked.

Glad you are hanging with the quit, Nat....it will get easier.  Please don't worry.

Please, please hang with it.  You are going to love your new freedom.

One of the best things I have learned by quitting smoking

is how to change and this has bled into all parts of my life.

How to change and groove on the good foot.  Change with Grace.

Changing  to make  myself a better person, a happier person, a more grateful person,

a Clearer person, a more honest person.

A more compassionate person for sure.

I used to really hated Junkies, Still kinda do only now with compassion.

They made me really mad pissing away their lives.

I even threw Tim Hardin out of my house for shooting up in my bathroom.

Very likely, a smoke was dangling from my lips at the time.

b Dylan once called him “the greatest songwriter alive” and Joe Strummer regarded him as a “lost genius of music”. Yet when Tim Hardin died in 1980, aged just 39, the world barely raised an eyebrow.

His best known songs, If I Were a Carpenter and Reason to Believe, have been covered by a veritable Who’s Who of artists, among them Johnny Cash, Robert Plant, Rod Stewart and Joan Baez.

It was only last year,

I realized I should have been looking in the mirror.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
