Yeah, it's a horrible feeling. I know.

But listen to this..... I know it sounds crazy.  But your body is actually healing right now.  If you can just bear through it, I promise you it will get better.

But if you choose to smoke, you will be back at day one.  And neither one of us want that, now do we ?

Cigarettes affect your blood sugars for quite some time.  Eat something and let's see if you feel better.

And let's talk about something other than smoking.  Or not smoking.  lol

Tell me a little about your self.

Good, the cookies will definitely help.  My favorite is chocolate chip with walnuts.  lol

Your doing good, just keep going...... by the time you wake up in the morning, your gonna be so freaking proud of yourself.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
