February 1, 20242 yr Thank you all soooooo much. Really cant believe I’ve been quit 6 years, the last 4 certainly have gone quick. Joining this forum was by far the best thing I did for myself, during the early days. Lots to read and games to distract, and the NOPE thread was invaluable, it still is. i am loving feeling more healthy and affording more treats . Thank you all for being on this journey with me. I really love seeing the newbies doing well, and the oldies still here giving support. Keep going and stay positive.
