Still all good! Lots of positive now.

Sleeping well, not really craving anymore, if I get the odd one I squash that though quickly as its not an option.

Having some anxiety issues still but I have separate that from quitting as I don't think it is related.

 

Nothing else to say but keep believing it gets better, if you are stuck in the first days/ weeks
