Catlover is 6 Months Smoke Free!

Featured Replies

Congratulations @catlover for being 6 months smoke free.

Well done for being an official member of the 50%er club because you  my dear are half way there. Half way to the Lido Deck. Half way to your first year (of many) of being smoke free. You should be so proud of yourself because 6 months is a big one and we are all proud you have come this far. So make sure you do something awesomely good to celebrate and reward yourself for your wonderful quit.

Well don Catlover. Congratulations on your first 6 months.

Hey there catlover. 6 months quit is such an awesome achievement and I'm so proud of your milestone today! It's great to be on the train with you my friend.

I see one of your friends may not be so amused with one aspect of your quit, but I doubt the furry little one begrudges you a treat. A tip though, you are allowed to share with a cute little one like this.

So maybe today just kick back, have a treat that's a little less healthy for a change and celebrate this huge day well my friend.

All,s going well, and now I have the smoking under control, Ive started to tackle the extra pounds I've gained....( I'm still eating the popcorn, so Thanks for that giant box Jillar, that sure will keep me going for a week or two lol)...... I joined Slimming world two weeks ago, and go to a class each week to discuss any problems, share recipes, and also get weighed, and I am so chuffed to have lost 5 and half pounds in the last 2 weeks !!! go me.......  determination pays off... Feeling healthier and lighter ?

Great job Catlover.  Thumbs up!
