Welcome aboard Robbie .... As mentioned we do have folks here that suffer with Depression..... Our bodies are all over the place when we first quit....we have been putting poison in ourselves for Decades ... The body has Alot of healing to do .... Make sure you read as much as you can ..watch Joel's videos .... This place if full of good to help you along your way .... Stay close .... You can do it .... There are folks here all over the world ....we are 1 Big Happy Family ..
