  1. You are making it through the toughest days and doing great, Feely! Congratulations!
  2. You're doing great, Rob! Congratulations!
  3. Great job, Carsmummy!
  4. Welcome aboard, Gigi!
  5. NOPE - I don't smoke anymore.
  6. Marlboro Reds got me hooked on smoking and then I switched (most of the time) to Camel Lights (thinking the Lights part made them less unhealthy). How silly was that - all cigarettes kill. The cost of smoking, financially and health wise, is insane. We're all better off without them in our lives.
  7. Sorry for the cigarette references/images in this song
  8. Being from North Carolina (home of RJ Reynolds), I think the cost of smokes here is lower than most other places. Last time I looked, my brand of cigarettes was around the $5 mark. It amazes me the cost some people post that they pay for cigarettes. If I had to pay $12 for a pack of cigarettes, there's no way I'd give any of them to anybody. Still, it is much better to stay quit and not pay any money for those nasty, deadly things.
  9. I still have the occasional smoking dream, unfortunately. Great job even NOPE-ing in your dreams - I haven't always been able to do that. Congratulations on 2 weeks smoke free.

  20. Vent all you want, Feely. Do whatever you need to do as long as you don't smoke. You are making it through the roughest days and it does get easier. You should be proud of yourself. You are doing a great thing by quitting smoking. Do what you need to do as long as you keep the quit.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
