A full belly, some good sleep, and the occasional passing of gas and the little dude is good to go. Jackson seems to understand that the simple life is a good life. I hope he never loses that.
  2. Yaay, @intoxicated yoda! Congratulations on another month of the happy-lungs, clean-air-breathing NOPE journey!

The little, big man sounds a lot like me, a good meal, passing some air one way or the other, a good cuddle and some sleep. What could be better? Who knew we all learned the lesson of a good life as newborns that would see us all the way to old age.
  4. Congratulations Intoxicated yoda! This is wonderful news.
  5. G’day NOPE .....Not One Puff Ever.... (replace Ever with Min,Hour, Day as required)

Welcome aboard, @HappyPassenger! In the beginning of your quit you are very vulnerable, so read all you can here and watch the videos and post, post, post!!! Keeping your mind occupied by reading, posting and playing games will help you immensely...and so will drinking lots of water and practicing deep-breathing. 😉
  7. Sorry I'm late Yoda.... Congratulations ....on your great Quit ....your doing it in style.... Thank you for all you bring to the Train ...
  8. Also ...those who have been here before and relapsed , might feel embarrassed to come back ... No need to feel that way ...we would love to see you back ..never give up trying ... Ciggerette,s are still killing people ,that will never change ... Don't let pride stop you from feeing yourself from this deadly addiction .... Don't leave it too late ....
  9. Nope...I will never again.!!

    Do stop crying!
  12. Congrats @intoxicated yoda on eight months quit! That is fantastic Don't forget to do something just for you today, you've earned it!
  13. Between the pandemic and the growth in vaping, I'd guess that there's actually a smoking surge happening right now. I hope I'm wrong. But all the more important for the Train to keep rolling.
  14. @jillar They have stopped smoking in a lot of public places here in Michigan but there are still a lot of smokers here.
  15. @JonGuirl, that's what I'm thinking and hoping it's because more and more people are just not starting this nasty habit. I know in California, where I am, smoking is outlawed pretty much anywhere in public not like when I first started smoking and it was allowed everywhere.
  16. It seems like there was quite a little group when we were going thru it back in the QSMB days. Maybe not as many trying to quit as there used to be?
  17. NOPE to the moon and back.
  18. NOPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  24. Thank you for the update Boo.......Little Boo Jnr sounds very contented....🐸
  25. My nephew was that way too @Boo, so chill that he didn't learn to tie his own shoes until his five year old younger sister learned to tie hers. He was eight by then lol😂
  26. If I had to describe Jackson in one word, it would be "chill." The little man sleeps, eats, and poops; he's already developing a schedule that you can set your watch to. By newborn standards, the boy rarely cries. If he does cry it's typically because his stomach is a little uncomfortable, nothing that a good belch and/or fart won't remedy. He was a little fussy earlier today so I put him on my shoulder and patted his back. He let loose with a big burp and made a little "aah" noise afterward. After that, it was right back to sleep for the little man. Our man Jackson is calm, cool, and collected.
  27. Awwww....Big and little Boo.Jnr....Soooo Cute..... Well ...Dunno about the beard ....🤔🐸
  28. Congratulations to the growing family Boo, particularly to Maddie for her promotion ? to big sister!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
