Hello darling smoke free creatures. I have returned and very glad of it. I had a great break. Completed one abandoned painting and almost finished with another. Super happy about this. Got a lot of writing done and some powerful thinking as well. Thank you for your well wishes, love you guys. Click the little arrow next to your profile pic at the top of the page then click on account settings. Signature will be on the left. Click on that and paste your ticker then click save. I'm using a kindle's I had to open the ticker I wanted in a new tab and copy the code from the address bar then paste it in my signature. Stay vigilant and your power and self-respect, self-confidence will increase tenfold ! I saw earlier in the thread that you were going to take sips of Red Bull when you had a crave. What I definitely love most about quitting: less anxiety in my life. Overall, I am much more calm and easy going than when I smoked. Being able to breath through sheer panic is the best thing that ever happened. Knowing I was able to quit has been super empowering, on many levels.2 points

Great to see a £20 note still in my purse after a week! In my smoking days that would have been gone in 2 days, plus another 3 more drawn out of the bank to cover the week. It’s so good to be free, Health and Wealth much improved. Thank God.1 point
