Looking at the weather radar.

That big storm they warned us was rolling in this afternoon has turned out to be little more than a light drizzle.

I think the damage is going to be minimal...

Yes Elsa was not a big deal here the other day, either. When it came up the coast we were at the Jersey shore. We did have a nice thunderstorm, which J enjoyed. We don’t really have those in CA. Very rare, there. Enjoyed the Wimbledon men’s final! A threepeat for Novak Djokovic!  I love to watch the men play…. Go figure!😂

Me too! 😋

I love Pro Tennis! The women’s doubles was cool yesterday, especially since The team I favored won. Good match. I never doubted Novak would beat the very handsome, but inexperienced Italian guy.

Oh perhaps you've misunderstood me. I mean I like watching men play.............in general 😄

Actually,  I knew what you meant. For me, it’s both the game and the men. I love sports and am fairly athletic.I am also super competitive!

Doing math work with a grin on my face.

Got a call this morning from a man who recently bought a warehouse at auction.  There were a bunch of cylinders in there (Oxygen, Acetylene, Argon, Nitrogen).  He had no use for them and just wanted them out of the way.  Told us if we were willing to pick them up, we could have them free of charge.

We picked up over $10,000 dollars worth of cylinders.  Even with the retests and new valves, we're still coming out over $8,000 dollars to the good.

There is pride in working hard and earning your keep...but that easy money is pretty damn sweet.

Just got done watching a movie and it was a tear jerker 😥😥

Was a good movie, but not a good choice for me tonight I was already

Sad enough so now I'm sitting here with my box of Kleenex.

Damn Girl A good cry is a good Thing, believe it or not I almost leaked watching Fast and Furriest F9 yesterday with my mo.

Now I know I am pretty built up inside, I think Ill save the big tears for when I see clearly again august 11th or 12th

Happy tears

watching netflix with the pups, another zombie series, feel we are almost there, walking around town afraid to breathe

It is amazing how long a well housebroken dog will hold his urine. Sometimes , I forget to let Barney out, and then he will go outside and pee a river. Poor doggie. Bad doggie mama sometimes…😳

MY Cookie is such a good girl that way too @Katgirl. Even at 17 years old!! And if she has to go out in the middle of the night she'll just brush against the blinds or yip quietly to let me know. She's an amazing dog and I'm so lucky she found me! :)

@jillar, Barney picked me, too. I was all set to pick up an all red male Cockapoo, from a litter of 6 or 7 pups, when Barney, an Apricot colored one, ran up to me and would not leave me alone. He has been glued to my side, ever since.

Out floating around the pontoon, another beautiful day on the water. I don't want to go home

Feeling more trendy and hip than usual.  I've reached that point in life where by the time I hear about a trend, it's already falling out of fashion.

However, with lumber supplies low and prices rising folks on the interwebs are looking into "recycled wood."  Hip urbanites are figuring out how to build furniture using old pallets.

I've been using old pallets to build things for a couple of years now.  And I have access to a bunch of pallets.

While I recognize it is a fleeting thing, I'm enjoying temporarily feeling like a cool guy.

Now !!!!.....If you can just sort your fashion out too !!!!😁

I'm not typically the sensitive type.  However, I was a bit offended when a friend of mine said: "Boo's the kind of guy that buys his clothes at the hardware store."

That hit a little close to home.  I did buy my favorite jacket at Ace Hardware.  It keeps me warm on cold days.  It keeps me dry on rainy days.  It fits like a glove...What more could you want from a jacket?

The catwalks of Milan and Paris will just have to wait.
