I'm thinking, or the option is open to take a tattoo. I'm very curious if there's QT friends who have a tattoo -- maybe with a meaning behind it...

I have two tattoos so far with meaning.

 

1st is actually on my left breast of a pink rose. This represented my love of the earth, based on me being an astrology earth sign back when I was young.

 

2nd is the word angel with a halo above it. Which represents my little sisters who I always called "my angels", actually designed by my youngest sister for herself and I loved it so much and felt such gratitude that I had the same one done at the same time.

 

I still need a tree of life on my stomach for growing my babies with the words as above, so below which is my next one but they are expensive.

 

Plus I just scarred my leg up pretty bad on holiday so may well see that as a sign to turn that into a tattoo. Want a Nope somewhere too, may not be much to some but I feel it was pretty powerful.

I have one tattoo...it's a half moon in the middle with colorful stars around it. No meaning, just thought it was cute.

I was 23, and everytime I'd get half lit I'd drone on and on to anyone who would listen that I was gonna get one. So I finally had to put my money where my mouth was.

Im thinking of a Eastern sign, I love yin yang but have small necklace already, thinking of something between me neck and my shoulders :D dunno what yet something that expresses freedom :)

I have scared underarms and i don't think there's something to make of it, when I'm no longer SH

Two for me

 

Right shoulder is the Guinness Toucan complete with football and Irish football scarf. (Appeared mysteriously after Ray Houghton scored a goal for Ireland against Italy in World Cup USA. Strong drink may have been taken. ;-) )

 

Left shoulder is my clan mark and moto. Clan MacLennan - Dum Spiro, Spero. While I breathe, I hope.

I have None. Not because I don't want one but because I could never decide. Nothing ever jumped out at me and said "that's the one!"

 

I'm too picky maybe. Oh well. Still waiting for that moment. Lol

I have 2 one no meaning the other my wife picked out when we got married its a indain girls face im part cherokee

I have one right now... it is a dream catcher.  When I was in college (and high  :P)...I thought it was a good idea.  You know... catch my good dreams.

 

In 3 weeks I will be getting a new one... either the Tree of Life (Ha ha Marti... great minds think alike) or a Phoenix.  Maybe both.  The Tree of Life represents Balance and Harmony in nature... which I am very into lately.  And the Phoenix, ofcourse, represents a rebirth... which I have done with quitting smoking and some other things in my life. 

 

I can't wait.

I have a small dolphin on my right shoulder, a pink flower and scrolls on my lower back and roses on my butt(don't like that one but as I don't look at my butt in mirror everyday it's fine, it had to cover up a name which I stupidly allowed myself to get branded in my oh so naive days)

 

I want to get a tattoo in memory of my sister if possible I want it to cover up the dolphin one as it looks more like a walrus now(not kidding lol)

 

For me it's going to be something spiritual, I really love butterflies and would love to get a white feather made from white ink not shaded

 

Not something I'm going to rush into as it will have to be a specialist artist to cover up old tattoo

Well as you know I getting my first ever tattoos (and only) on monday one is pawprints with all my dogs past and presents initials on my left outside ankle going up the meaning is obvious and equally obvious meaning is pur wedding rings intertwined with our initials on my shoulder blade

I have several, covering several old ones. Meanings, sure, cross covered a cobra, cobra was 18 and in Army, we were all getting something tough to prove we were bad asses. Cross is perfect cover for that move and meaning is bigger than us...

Three bikes riding out of the mountains and roaring speed.  Me and sons some day hopefully, covering Rose with name which was their mother. Just was 18 when married, no problems with her, just too young and not proper fit...

Old west Badge with "U.S." in middle, like "new SHeriff in town" attitude...

 

Then I got one on my sonic says Puny.  When grown it reads Punxsutawney.   (Old joke)

I have 3. No meaning really, just liked them at the time... sometimes I forget they are there and surprised when I see them. Tasha has more than me, and hers mostly all have meaning.
