Try and wean yourself away from the odd gum ,when you get a mood ....then you can feel even prouder for being nicotine free totally.... Even folks who have never smoked get moody sometimes ....it will pass .... I know you have fought hard for this ....I'm happy for you ...

January 15, 20206 yr It is good to hear about your plan to ditch the gum after your studies. Excellent news. I think you will feel a whole lot better when you do. Try breathing deep, something that is always available to replace the crutch.
