I rarely visit this forum. I am stil enjoying my smoke free life. Am happy to announce that I crossed 4 yrs successfully. Exactly 4 yr 2 months 18 days.

    Thanks all for your kind wishes...by today 4321 !!! which means 4 yrs 3 months 21 days smoke free
