  9. Congratulations Barry, eight months is great! Get your butt back here and tell us how ya been!
  10. Good to see you back @Ren, it doesn't matter what we think, it's your quit. If you don't think smoking a pinch of tobacco on top of your bowl of weed is enough to reset your quit than that's entirely your decision. And imo smoking weed isn't relapsing. My ticker says since my last cigarette and so does yours....

    Trying again

Go back and read your past posts Christine everyday if you need to. And don't be so quick to give your quit up. You are surrounded by successful quitters who are here to support you. We also have many successful quitters who also have mental issues so please don't use that as an excuse to relapse. You can do it!
  20. Congratulations matty you're doing awesome!
  21. Yay you kbc, you're officially over the hardest month of all!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
