This^^ is what I'm talking about. You are giving yourself an out. It's not the non smoking period. It is your quit date. Today is a great day to start your new smoke free life. Stop setting yourself up for failure and just quit. Believe me you will be wayyyyy smarter quitting now then when you develop serious problems because of it. So to this day no matter where I am or who I'm with I have to stop what I'm doing and call my sister and hold the phone up to the speaker until the words 'i got all my sisters with me'. I change that line to 'i got my big sister with me' . The same goes for the line 'get up everybody and sing' which I change to 'get up little Lisa and sing'. No matter how much I try to resist calling, I can't. I HAVE to call.
