  1. They do tumeric also which I've not been brave enough to try. It's a hipster thing...I tried oneon a date but now I am addicted.

Next stop no more NRT gum...but mate be very proud of your 2 months smoke free....that's huge and you have done it....I was still using NRT at 2 months too....it got much easier when I stopped the nrt...the smoking thoughts were less too. My goal was to be NRT free by 3months...I think I went a little over...but I new when it was time for me and you will too.

  11. Congratulations @Redemption3, @MrChristmas, @Pottarama, @ShaolinMonk for being 2 Months and 5 Days Smoke Free! Well done Potts.... you have made a wonderful start to your quit and have become our poster child for proof that you should never stop giving up on quitting. I am so proud of how far you have come. So sit back and enjoy the congratulations you have earnt. Make sure you do something special to reward yourself too. Its all part of re-programming your brain, teaching it that we don't need smokes to celebrate how awesome we are.
  12. Congratulations @albert for being 11 months smoke free! Well done Albert. This is your last month aversary cos omg in a few short days you are going to be one month smoke free. Rewards are still important some make sure you you something special to celebrate your achievements. 11 whole months, what a wonderful achievement. Confession: I had a bit of a panic this morning, omg what was going to happen next month if there was no 31 to celebrate your one year anniversary.... I mean a real panic.... um of course there is going to be a 31 in th the month you quit... what a duh moment for me.

  14. Congratulations Mona on being 1 month smoke free. Well done Mona for being 1 month smoke free. That's the worst month over with. So don't forget rewards are important to the whole re-wiring the brain program so make sure you do something special for yourself to celebrate your first month quitaversary.

So did I....but first I inherited a monumental mess of epic proportions....I need access to manual records because nothing was scanned in...and I have taken on a secondary roll and 2 others in the department have gone part time.....I am very close to quitting and I hate my job...I mean really hate it. Ok it's Friday today...about to get 2 days off which means 2 days of housework.

  18. Sweating on a bus it's 6:20pm and 37c outside...air-conditioned busted and we are crammed in like sardines...feels likes it's at least 50c in this tin can.
