  1. Congratulations @Aine for being 5 years smoke free! Well done Aine on taking back your life. Five years is a wonderful achievement. Its great to see you pop in from time to time to help in the SOS threads and to keep us honest in the smoking threads. We would love to hear how you are going and how life has changed 5 years post freedom.
  2. Never give up giving up....because eventually you will get your sticky quit....but you have to try.. if at first you don't succeed, try and try again...learn from each attempt, take away the he positives...focus on those.
  3. So for me, the most disturbing statement in that is big tobacco identifying vaping as "a potentially safer alternative" ..... 'potentially' playing semantics for defense against future class actions.

  6. Congratulations @Parsley for being 6 months smoke free. Well don Parlsey. You must really be enjoying a winter without going out into the cold to smoke. Would love to here how you celebrated being 1/2 of a year smoke free.
  7. OMG how the fruck did you say to no Vietnamese ice coffee that shits the frickin ticket. Um...did you know dark chocolate is the same as an apple a day? I learnt that in the ask a stupid question thread..so eat dark chocolate.

  18. And how did we honor our pm lost at sea when he went for a swim...... we built the Horld Holt Swimming Pool.... Melbournians know how to do memorials, lol.....
  19. True....it involved nail polish remover soaked cotton balls, an ashtray made put of a half a coconut shell, a plastic table picnic table and a negligently placed butt...and flames that hit the eaves...tsk tsk tsk, bad Jo. TNP has had a bad experience with the washing machine.
