Congratulations @Wantsit for being 4 months smoke free. Well done on establishing a nice solid base to a lifetime smoke free. Its great to see you supporting others and playing the games threads and of course NOPEing its so good seeing how far you have come now you are 1/3 of the way through your first year free. Make sure to something special, just for you, to celebrate.

So with Shrove Tuesday (the real one, not the fake one) is on this Tuesday what are you having on your pancakes. Now for the purposes of the quizz we are going with dessert pancakes only. I listed all the options that happen in my family...well the dessert type options anyway.

It's a Booby....a blue footed booby....I called myself a boob once and someone posted a pic of a blue footed booby so I snapped it up...and I snapped up....saddly blue footed boobies are not Australian...they come from West coast Americas from Cali down half of South America.

Its funny isn't it but down here we call em Blue Heelers... I thought that was what you were talking about but I had to google to be sure. They are great dogs, so loyal and smart my uncle's one used to drink cups a tea.

I had my last smoke at 11:48pm on 27th of November 2017....we all had a last smoke. Don't get caught in the semantics. A big part of smoking is the ritual, only makes sense that for some a big part of quitting will be ritual as well...

NRT worked for me Potts...took the edge off enough so my crazy arse could get over that quit line....so it does work for some....and for others it doesn't....but it's working for you too so keep learning. -
You know what Mona...having a quit buddy really helps. You and Lilly have both started knew quits on the same day....you both have a shared, bumpy, quit history (I'm not saying that to be facetious)....you would make great quit buddies, quit twins even...having someone share the journey with you is such a great support.

I wish I'd tried one on a date.....stupid typo...I really tried one on a dare....cos all us mature 42year Olds know not to take dates.

They do tumeric also which I've not been brave enough to try. It's a hipster thing...I tried oneon a date but now I am addicted.
