Your a Nicotine addict ....so of course you will want to smoke .... To Quit you have to make a promise to yourself you will NOT smoke ..no matter what ...... You have to ask yourself that important question ... Do I want to be a smoker or not ???? To succeed you need to want it more than anything .... We are all here because we made that commitment.... It's doable ....

I agree....Big shout for Todd..... Just remember smoking won't change anything .... specially the result .... The best thing you can do ....is look after you ..... Yes treats ....very important....your so worth it ....

J.... You have the right attitude....keeping your toolbox well stocked to get you through the tough times... Which will get easier as you go along your journey ... We have some fun things here to help you also..... Look at the funny animals ....always gives me a laugh .....join in the games ...the hours just pass by ... One of my favourite Slogans .... Take Smoking Off The Table ......my junkie brain took this in .....once I excepted that smoking was off limits no matter what ...I settled down .... Plus watch those 3 Documentaries.....a definite must .....Your whole post screams ..Junkie Thinking .... Your a Nicotine Addict ....just as we were ,before we decided to kick Nicotine forever.... NRT...delivers a small amount of nicotine without all the harmful poisons.....in a small time limit... Smoking was considered harmless too......but it ended up killing more people than in two world wars ... Who knows what will be discovered about Vaping years down the line .... We have loads of info here on the Main Board ...which covers most subject's.... Maybe you should start there ..
