You have a great quit going.....the way is forward not backwards.... If its the romance of the cig your missing...then retread all you can here..... If its the hand to the mouth you miss....cut a straw or keep your hands busy....big jigsaw.... Keep coming here and sharing your feelings.....

Yes..it pains me to admit...I was a 52 year addict....or plonker.....It came with a price though.... If I hadn't of found Allen Carr....and all my wonderful friends here....my life would be so different now.... Keep the quit......I intend to hang on to mine..... Xxxxx

Oh I was amazed at what i could smell....I found out my nose had been dead for 52 years.....l.ol... I remember walking past a pizza shop...and the smell of paparoni.....mouth watering..... It just keeps getting better....

I too read the easy way.... It make me see smokkng in a total different way.... It helped me finally quit after smoking my way through 52 years..... In my opinion ....this guy is a genius.... High five for reading it....
