TIFF..you have been here so many times..and know there is no such things as one.. I carnt even begin to tell you how messed up my body was..I was kicking a 52 yr addiction.. Ijust knew ..whatever my body was going through..what ever my brain was telling me..I just had to push on.. If I was ever going to win this war... This is how all the folks here have quit..surging forward..never looking back..

This is the day..all the crap has left your body...its healing now all the way to freedom...NOPE !!! Just for today...A great post sunny... When I first heard the slogan. Smoking is not on the table ..no matter what...this actually sunk in... There will be situations..functions .gatherings..curve balls that will still come my way... But I won't smoke ...because it's off the table ..for good... Quitting means just this...never light up...ever...Did you really expect to win ?...Blimey..sonic..is that you ?
