  2. In month. Then radiation. And one injection for year. But hardest part for her over. Recommend all smokers spend some time with anyone in chemo. Then light up and post how you feel. If stupid isn't the first word then you need to spend more time. Quiting is so much easier than the treatments. Quiting is like eating candy compared to chemo. We whine moan and bitch about dreams, urges or triggers but none of those ever took your hair, memory, appetite and energy. Made you weak for months, weight loss, diarrhea, shakey, and generally run down. Not saying it's easy peasy. But it is a turkey sandwhich compared to the risks you take by not quiting. I couldn't imagine chemo for someone who hasn't quit and got the health strong feelings we all got after just a few months.

  8. Take the flip flops off. You just joined the upper class. Sandels required for the party. Then later we can sneak off an pretend your from Germany. Toe sucking and alcohol ahead Very good. Celebrate with throwing those crap flaps away.

Say I have to answer each question but I only know stalker. Unfair just like the rest of the world
  15. I think England and France should combine to form a really funny language. Probably sound like the Swedish muppet. and they still wouldn't have any good beer or food. Anyone want potato and wine slurry? At least all the men and women's clothes could be made and sold together.
  16. Steelers rule.
  17. Wiley got it right. Them the moon doesn't have to give you strength. And can do its job as the bat signal without worrying about you
  18. Nancy. Thank you for the good time last night. Rug burn isn't so bad after a shower and the other soreness is feeling better with a few stretching exercises. The hangover is worth it and although you gave up those "boys" I know you enjoyed the ride on an American Classic. You did good on the one year and "that's all I got to say about that" As for the damage from the celebration I think most thing will heal on their own or with some light rubbing. All you dirty thinker are right, I am not talking about a motorcycle ride or crash. Blabbing over here too
  19. Can we squirt cats with a hose at the party.
  20. Sure there are cooters in Missouri. Or sheep
  21. Bet mq gets on and says he owns two
  22. Kind of made for the little bus crowd. Suprised jimmy didn't see one before
  23. Anyone got a good quote from the verb. My favorite proves he is a woman with a mustache "Your so adorable". No man uses that word, even islanders.
  24. Yeah. Now someone get the fly swatter
  25. Quit today. Scientists have proven the moon is not made of cheese and the cow never jumped over it. They also proved cancer is a real disease and chemo sucks even if you like being bald. Are you the chick from Spain? My only advise is nope and reward yourself daily with small items for the work you put in. Don't make quit a negative. Attitude is everything.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
