  11. Six pounds of quit weight gone. yey! 15 to go.
  12. I agree. I used to get wet all the time trying to smoke with rain coming in the window and rolling down my arm. I could not smoke with the windows closed either as I would choke to death. Lately I have been thinking about my smoking in the car and that it is strange that the remaining "trigger" I have per say is when I am driving. If I would have bet on what would trigger me I never would have thought it was this. But I used to smoke so many cigs in the car, at least three on the way to work (30 minute draive) and two or three driving home. No wonder I associate driving with smoking.
  13. Beautiful! Enjoy it in good health

I used to spend more time outside too when I smoked. Most of the time it was boring but I did see alot on the street and give alot of directions. I adopted a kitten I found outside while smoking. Now this is romancing the cig talk as I know I can still go and stand outside endlessly without smoking.,
  16. Ok, when are you coming though? Bring pizza
  17. Wow, Paul, time flies! I am so happy for you. 11 months is awesome and soon you will be hanging out on the Lido deck. See you on the other side of the Numbers Game! :) Congratulations!!!! :)
