Most of those I've never heard of or tried. Spaghetti pizza sounds really bizarre. I had heard a while back that egg on pizza in Australia was very common and popular. While I like pizza and eggs, I really couldn't imagine them together. I would probably not be a fan of pizza if that was common where I'm from. I also heard from that same news story that one of the most popular toppings on pizza in Japan is squid. I don't think I'd like that either. The only thing on that list that sounds good to me is Pineapple pizza which is really great. It sounds like you just haven't had the right pizzas, Jo.

Pepperoni and Sausage pizza from a really good local joint (La Roma's pizza) and a couple of Bud Lights. The pizza is good but I think Octain won this round.

I still occasionally have smoking dreams and they still freak me out. I'm not sure if this is common for all ex-smokers but they still plague me after 3 years smoke free even though I am hardly ever tempted to smoke in the awake world anymore. I think those dreams just show us that we are nicotine addicts and that addiction will occasionally try to mess with us. As long as you don't light up or take another puff in the awake world, you are ok. Congratulations on almost 1 year smoke free, Dutchess. I feel bad for your friend who has to smoke at every opportunity but I'm glad you are embracing the freedom of being a non-smoker.
