How did I miss this?! Luckily, my cat HATES being hugged, so I didn't miss out on anything. But I found this picture a minute ago, and this cat looks like it loves hugs, lol
  3. That is very awesome of you Marti. You are a great person, and anyone would be lucky to have you as a quit buddy :)
  4. Hi Charlie, thanks for telling you story. And congratulations on being a non-smoker for so long.
  5. Where am I...?! :(

Yes, it's been longer than a second Petra, where are the pictures?!
  7. It's not good keeping secrets!
  8. Nope :)
  9. That was excellent Bonnie, I hope you feel great that you finally got rid of them! Sarge, MQ, I love what you did there! I'm pretty sure I had about half an open pack and about 5 or 6 unopened packs left when I quit. I had planned to quit once they were finished, but we all know how that story ends... So I gave them to a colleague at work. I wish I'd just chucked them, but oh well, they are gone all the same.
  10. Has anyone ever told you you get up too early... :p I know smokers kind of stink, don't they. I used to think that I was the exception, and it was all the other smokers that stank and not me. What an idiot lol.

Great work Brittany! If you can do one day, you can do forever, because you only ever have to take it one day at a time. And the hardest day is always the first one ;) So, there you go. You are officially a non-smoker. Pretty cool huh :d
  12. Well, I love my cat, so can't help here
  13. I have only seen the first episode... Should I persevere, because it wasn't really that great, I didn't really know what was going on... Except I was aware that Eva Green was in it ;)
  14. Me, except considering boycotting after the last episode lol.
  15. Congratulations Evelyn :)
  16. Congratulations, please let us know how you and bump are doing ;)
  17. 10 months?! That is amazing, well done Tammy, so very happy for you :)
  18. Well, I went and fell asleep last night, but I am glad to see that you got through it. Everyone here is rooting for you and will be here when you need us :d
  19. I'm glad you said 'not all' lol... ;) :p
  20. Sarah, this is so great!! Really proud of you :)
  21. Oh wow, massive congratulations Beth - that is an amazing accomplishment :)
  22. They will pass, eventually. A craving is not a command, you always have the choice.
  23. Crying is good - it is your body's way of releasing tension - cry as much as you need! You are not a looser, you have gone a whole day without smoking! Sounds like a winner to me. Imagine how proud of yourself you will be when you wake up tomorrow and you didn't smoke! Plus, you will be stronger because of it.
